Was booked in to have bloods taken with the lovely nurse Piroska. She has a lovely manner, is kind and courteous. I also had an ecg and shingles vaccine at the same appt. I was very grateful to be offered all treatments at the same time rather than me returning to the surgery for a further 2 separate appts.

The doctor was on time. He was extremely good at explaining my simtoms and my treatment.He as changed my tablets and booked me a nother appointment .

I have just joined the practice and so far all my experiences have been positive. I've interacted with 3 different receptionists and they've all been really friendly and helpful. I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner who was amazing, she listened to me and was really caring and supportive. So far a great surgery.

Telephone call to make appointment not good at all so I had to go to the surgery. Then no appointments available. Someone would phone me back that afternoon (something about embargo?) no one phoned me back!! Tried again Monday morning but still went to surgery and got appointment for Tuesday. Weird system??

Able to be directed to the person I needed to see for my treatment.

To allow more than one issue to be spoken about in an appointment. I was happy with 99%of staff ,which is positive ,so maybe team meeting could help with the 1% as I felt it would of been connected issues in my body.
